When you rent from Idealease, your rental truck is covered for service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  Upon receiving the truck, the customer is given a card with an 800 number that grants access to emergency breakdown service through IdealNet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  If you're not in proximity to our dealership, perhaps even in another state, IdealNet Coordinators can direct you to the nearest Idealease location, or one of thousands of service providers in the IdealNet network.  If necessary, roadside service will be arranged or another substitute truck will be provided if your rental truck cannot be put back on the road quickly.  When you rent from Idealease of Flint & Detroit, you're covered!
